Pure, unprocessed, organic honey harvested from Rhinegold's own apiary during the fall seasons in Orchard Park. Among the thickest, deepest, darkest of the North American honey varieties, our Fall Honey is extremely rich in antioxidants and mineral nutrients, particularly iron, due to the unique ecological environment of the local area. Produced from the flower nectar of the Japanese Bamboo (Polygonum cuspidatum), New York Aster (Aster novae-anglia), Canadian Burnet (Sanguisorba canadensis), and Golden Fleece Goldenrod (Solidago sphacelata). You won't find honey like this anywhere else.
