Rhinestone Art Deco Buckle with Flowers Buckle features three panels set with crystal colored rhinestones.  Buckle features a hook that connects the buckle.  Setting made from silver tone base metal.  Buckle is unmarked.  Buckle measures 3.5" x 1.125".
