Custom University of Oklahoma Graduation Cap Topper made with Glitter and optional crystal rhinestones.Non-flaking glitter material atop a removable flexible plastic topper measuring 9” x 9” square. The back of the topper is also covered in glitter material.The topper includes a 9"x 9" flexible plastic square with a hole cut in the center for the cap button. It also includes a button cover that matches the design. Both pieces attach with clear adhesive dots that should blend easily with any color cap fabric. *** No rhinestones are included in this listing. The price includes 5 adhesive dots for attaching to your own mortarboard. The size is 9” square to accommodate most common cap sizes. If you need a different size, please send a message. All toppers are made to order. Mortarboard caps are not included. Please include any details in your notes to me.
