  Best for ultra-low cutting heights from 1/2" (13mm) down to 1/8” (3mm). It has 0.125” (4mm) thick steel blade material with a relief grind angle which creates a smaller blade contact area resulting in less friction, extending the wear life. Compared to a flat or spin grind edge blade, it reduces squeezing and tearing of the grass to maintain a more precise shearing cut which prevents brown tips and a lusher lawn appearance. It’s also beneficial for backlapping as it provides more even distribution of grinding compound.
