These tumblers are Stainless Steel Double Walled, they are meant to hold ice for up to 24 hrs and warmth for 4-8. Of course this depends on the climate. Epoxy is a chemical that is FDA compliant and food safe after 72 hrs of curing. They are not sent/ ready for pick up until 3 days after completion. Epoxy is very durable, but if dropped on a hard surface it could result to cracking, Depening on the damage it may be fixed or remade. If you damage is caused due to self negligence, it will be at buyers cost to send back to access damage and see if it can be repaird. depending on the result, e will go from there.  If a tumbler can be rapaired there will be a fee. If it can not be repaired, it will be offered to send back with no repair. We can also strip the tumbler and start over from scratch
