The jean ruffles that make up the peplum high/low style of this jean jacket make your beautiful waist look tiny while accentuating the lower part of your body. Not to mention it will drape over a cantle beautifully. The hand-tooled horse head is made by local artist, Emerson Pereira.  Each one is individually carved, making each piece unique.
