They will work on cotton, cotton/poly blends, and polyester.Pressing instructions are:1. Pre press garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture2. Position transfer white side down, image facing up3. Press transfer for 15 seconds at 290-315°F with FIRM pressure4. Instantly HOT peel the film5. Cover image with teflon or parchment paper and press for 5 secondsYou must have a real heat press.
