Heel rest plate designed to attach in front of the pedals to support your heel. The crossbar is sturdy 4080 profile. The plate is attached using six, M6 flat head cap screws. The 48cm crossbar is designed for the Plus and Flagship models. For the Basic model, swap the included 48cm bar with the shifter mount bar from the rig. Mounting hardware included.
