This is the same mounting plate that comes in our monitor stands and add-on kits. The plate has two sets of holes at 75mm x 75mm and 100mm x 100mm (VESA standards), and is compatible with most computer monitors. The plate is designed to mount to the top of a crossbar from all RigMetal monitor stands or add-on kits using three M8 x 16mm socket head cap screws.
