It is an Asian style mustard with fresh ground mustard seeds, dehydrated Carolina reapers, white pepper, fermented rice wine vinegar and a couple secret ingredients. This is a paste so a little goes a long way!!! This is vegan friendly and is HOT!!! This was a full batch this time. **THIS WILL NOT BE MADE AGAIN THIS YEAR**
