Roasted on-site at Rio Grande Winery in Las Cruces, this chile comes straight from the heart of Hatch, New Mexico. It’s the real deal — bold, earthy, and perfect for stocking your freezer or serving up your favorite local dishes. Each order includes a 20 lb bag of freshly roasted green chile. Choose your heat level: Hot or Medium.
