Rise Up Roast is a Selva Negra coffee bean that is cultivated in the most ecologically sustainable and socially responsible way. Grown in a high-altitude, shaded environment in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, an intense and fulfilling flavor profile is created. Matagalpa farmers use a sustainable water washing method to reduce water usage. Medium roasting produces a balanced citrus front end with a smoky, malty finish.
