REIKI & RESTORE: HEALING THE CHAKRAS SATURDAY, AUGUST 17, 2-4 PM Guided by Beth Morrow, RYT 500 and Level 2 Reiki practicioner, this deeply restorative workshop uses props, essential oils, and meditation to explore each of the seven chakras. Reiki will be offered to heal and balance each energetic center. Through a deeper understanding of the chakras, you will release stress and anxiety as you experience profound physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
