Our butcher will process your bison & beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness. Once your bison & beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($189). Then we will ship it to your door for free. Your bison & beef will arrive fully frozen! *The bison are harvested on the ranch to minimize stress, then processed in a state-inspected facility. Each cut is then wrapped in traditional freezer paper. **Our spring shares are scheduled to be processed in June with a ship date in the first 2 weeks of July.
