Botanical Printing Workshop

Back by popular demand! Print a tea towel with flowers from our dyer's garden! What: Spend a restorative morning on our flower farm connecting with nature and community and creating art with fresh seasonal flowers! Learn how to hammer print with fresh flowers on a tea towel that you will take home with you. A relaxing technique that transfers the pigment in the flowers to fabric or paper. This workshop is for beginners and experts and everyone in between. Tea towels will be pre-treated with soy milk for better colorfastness.  When: Saturday, September 2nd from 11am-1pm Where: Lower Easton, CT. Exact address will be provided to attendees the day before the workshop.
