Silk Twilly in Green Design This is a twilly made from the horses in love designs, its an abstract part of the design. The twillys have become very popular and can be worn as head ware or around the neck as scarf or tie. It is made by folding the fabric onto its self so it is a doubled pieces of silk twill. It is worn as a belt on the model below.
