Lumikello Beanie Kit from Jenny Ansah

  "The word ‘lumikello’ is the Finnish name for snowdrop flower. The beanie got its inspiration from snowdrop flower that bloom in the late winter and beginning of spring. When ever I see snowdrops peeking through the snow, I know that spring is on its way!"  - Jenny Ansah The Lumikello Beanie is an earthly design which has beautiful cable pattern around the beanie that resemble flowers in bloom. The beanie is knitted bottom up with a strand of DK weight wool together with a strand of silk mohair to add a beautiful halo. The cable pattern has a part that has been modified from a cable chart found in Hitomi Shida’s Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible. We have put together kits in our new 100% Cormo DK base, Marona, paired with Fae, a silk/mohair blend.   What you'll get: 1 full skein of Marona and 1 full skein of Fae (for all sizes)  Please note there is no printed pattern included in this kit, it will need to be purchased separately on Ravelry.
