Enema Kit

Enema’s have been used since ancient Egypt as a technique to reverse various ailments like fevers, headaches, parasites and for Ritualistic practices. Enema use dates back to ancient Egypt, around 1500 BCE, were used for both medicinal and cleansing purposes. The Ebers papyrus, an ancient medical text, mentions various types of enemas. Both Greek and Romans used enemas for digestive issues. Hippocrates recommended enemas for various ailments.   In the Islamic world, various forms of enemas were prescribed for health reasons. Enemas fell out of use in Europe during the Middle Ages while other cultures continued its use.  By the 19th and 20th centuries enema use became accepted as an effective technique for detoxification and colon cleansing.
