This sweet notepad from Worthwhile Paper is here to give you permission and a gentle reminder to care for yourself each and every day. Combining minimal and spacious function with a design that inspires joy, each page features the heading "today I will do some things that are good for me" along with a to-do list-style layout.  This 5" x 7" notepad features 50 sheets, and was printed in-house in Ypsilanti, MI on 100% recycled 70 lb soft white paper with a chipboard backing.
