Dip Liquid- TOP COAT

Step 4-- Top Coat 15ml-0.5fl oz Top Coat is the final step in the dipping system. This topcoat is specially formulated to work with dip powder so there is no need to cure under a lamp. The dry time of our top coat is 30 seconds and the shine level is next level and will stay shiny for weeks on end! Yes, we have tested that :)  Our liquids are not easily contaminated.
