Sawyer "A" Oar Lock (Single)

These are the classic Sawyer "A" locks recommended for rowing or rafts in whitewater. They are made from Mag 70 high strength bronze alloy that is both durable and malleable. The malleable part is important since so they can be bent with out breaking or cracking. This is import for 2 reasons: The can be tuned (sized) to fit your specific oar. The oar lock gives when put under high force from an errant oar. This allows the oar to slip from the oar lock instead of breaking. Shank Diameter: 5/8"Total Length: 6 7/8”
