Red Acre Cabbage

No doubt you’ve heard of broccoli sprouts. Broccoli microgreens are a tad more mature with larger cotyledons (baby leaves) and flush with even more health-giving nutrients thanks to their higher chlorophyll content. Like the sprout version, the flavor of the microgreens is mild, but the texture is more tender. They work equally well in savory dishes, salads, sandwiches, or smoothies.
