Neck measurement needs to be taken where a normal belted collar would sit. Chest measurement should be taken behind the dogs front 2 legs. Chest measurement needs to be taken of the entire circumference of dogs or pet's body (where the adjustable part of the harness would rest).  These harnesses are handmade and are made to order item and do take time to construct approximately 1-2 weeks after ordering. Please note some shrinkage may occur after first wash.
