Java - Single Origin Coffee We are delighted to reintroduce our Java single origin coffee! This time it comes from the West Java region and is processed using the wet-hulled method. This method is commonly used in Indonesia and involves pulping ripe coffee cherries and briefly fermenting them. The coffee is then mechanically hulled, and subsequently dried in the sun. The result is a coffee that makes an excellent medium roast. Thanks to its strong chocolate, nutty, and caramel notes. For those seeking a Rich medium-bodied coffee, our offering delivers.
