Mexico - Single Origin - Limited Edition

Our newest coffee offering is a single origin hailing from Mexico! Grown in the region of Chiapas, this coffee offers a very special smooth & chocolatey profile with a slight pecan nuttiness, and a touch of sweetness. We roast this specialty coffee to the darker side of medium. Its approachable nature lends itself a wonderful everyday coffee. At Rivet, we love it for Cold Brew at our cafe, but it also makes excellent drip coffee and a beautiful pour over. Mexico is a Limited Edition, available only while supplies last.
