This is a small but versatile 12 3/4" x 9 1/4" edge-grain cutting board. The board is comprised of Cherry, Walnut, Mahogany, and Hard Maple and features a juice groove. The board is 1 1/4" thick and is reversible. Like all of our natural wood boards, it comes preconditioned with food-grade mineral oil and organic beeswax. Before shipping, we add a coat of our premium board conditioner for added protection. Be sure to read the Care Instructions on the product page. It is handcrafted to let the beauty of the wood shine.
