Each rack has been carefully inspected to confirm full functionality. Scratch & Dent items are sold AS IS, with no warranty and no returns. Quantities are limited and fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of the nature of Scratch & Dent products, we can’t provide photos of every cosmetic flaw.
