Cold Brew Blend

This blend is roasted specifically to create an amazing cold brew. Everyone who tastes this blend has the same descriptors – chocolaty, rich, smooth, and not at all bitter.  The base of this blend is a popular Brazilian bean that balances the natural sweetness and flavors of the coffee with a full-bodied punch, leading to an exceptional cold brew experience. New to cold brew? No problem, we’ve made this super simple. Choose the filter packs at checkout if you don’t have cold brew equipment. Fill 3 oz (1/4 of the bag) into a filter, and tie off. Find a Mason jar (or another 34-ish ounce container with a lid). Add the coffee pouch you made in step 2 to the jar, top with water, and place in the fridge. Wait. Wait some more… like 18-24+ hours (36 for SUPER strong cold brew). Personally, I find 24 hours to be perfect. Remove the filter pack and toss after all the waiting (or sprinkle the grounds around your garden, they keep slugs away) What you just made is a cold brew concentrate. We r
