Cold Brew Blend Wholesale

This blend is roasted specifically to create an amazing cold brew. Everyone who tastes this blend has the same descriptors – chocolaty, rich, smooth, and not at all bitter.  The base of this blend is a popular Brazilian bean that balances the natural sweetness and flavors of the coffee with a full-bodied punch, leading to an exceptional cold brew experience. Coffee Shop Brewing Instructions We recommend 1 lbs of cold brew for 12 liters of water. Using a container larger than 12 liters, fill it with 6 liters of cold, filtered, water (please avoid reverse-osmosis water as coffee needs some minerals for full extraction flavor). Add one pound of cold brew (in a filter bag) to the 6 liters of water.  Let steep 24-48 hours (we find 36 is ideal for us). When done steeping, remove the filter bag and grounds. Add an additional 6 liters of cold-filtered water to properly dilute your mixture.  Serve!
