White coffee that is perfect for espresso shots or french-press --sold in 1-pound bags-- always pre-ground New to white coffee?  For espresso: Fill portafilter with grounds (dumping from frothing pitcher works well), tamp HARD, and pull a longer shot (3 oz is best).  For French press: Use 100g in a standard 750ml French Press. Let sit for 10+ minutes for full extraction, plunge, and refrigerate any unused white coffee for later use.  We recommend adding a surcharge for white coffee drinks you sell. This is because white coffee is more dense than espresso, and the weight of coffee used while brewing is often double that of regular roasts.
