This bean comes from a mountainous growing region in Ethiopia called the Yirgacheffe region. The high altitudes and good soil drainage allow the flavors of these beans to have a prolonged development phase during growth. This environment means we've ended up with a beautiful, silky cup of coffee that is wonderful drank black. With a touch of cream it brings out the vanilla and baking spice notes that stay more subtle when drank black.. This Ethiopian bean has a bright and mildly fruity flavor with a touch of vanilla and brown sugar as it finishes.
