Decaf that tastes as bold and strong as regular!  --sold in 1-pound bags-- Do I need to offer decaf? Yes! In 2022, Roast Magazine reported an increase in decaf bean sales, both from roasteries and coffee stands. Decaf coffee is preferred for people with certain medical conditions, who are pregnant, or trying to reduce caffeine intake.   How is your decaf made? Our decaf is the exact same bean as our Brazil single-origin, but put through the Swiss Water process of decaffeinating coffee. There are no harsh chemicals used, and most of the bean's rich flavor is preserved.  Do I brew it differently? Nope, our decaf has a very similar density to nondecaffeinated beans after roasting. It can be brewed in an espresso machine, drip, pour-over, French press, or most other brewing methods. Because of its similar density, this decaf bean can be mixed 50/50 with our Brazil for a true Half-Caf experience.
