Use them as you would use salt and pepper to give any dish a uniquely delicious flare. Here are some of our favorite uses: Sprinkle on Vegetables Spanish Rice (best with rice cooker): add 1 tbsp Matador to 1 cup of uncooked rice. Combine with 2 cups chicken broth in rice cooker. Sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped bell peppers in a skillet with tsp of Matador. Set aside. Combine rice and veggies when rice is done. If you don't have a rice cooker, cook rice on stovetop with Matador and chicken broth. Toast or bread Eggs Tomato Powder, Smoked Paprika, Greek Oregano, Sea Salt, Mustard Seed, Fen
