Use them as you would use salt and pepper to give any dish a uniquely delicious flare. Here are some of our favorite uses: As a traditional taco seasoning: brown ground meat in a 10 inch skillet. Stir in 2/3 cup of water and 1 oz of Tejano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes. Stir often. Mexican Rice: Add 1 tbsp to 1 cup uncooked rice. In a rice cooker, combine with 2 cups chicken broth. Sauté bell peppers, onion and cilantro in a skillet with olive oil and tsp of Tejano. Set aside.
