Over the years, especially in the colder months, there is a surge here at Roark Acres in local honey requests for families that like to make their homebrewed "Elderberry Syrup". It's always fun to see what each customer comes up with for their preferred elixir recipe.  Well, we have tried many & while the flavors or consistencies change, one thing doesn't... Homemade Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated & a has a very short shelf life. We have solved that problem (if it was one) by making our very own elderberry concoction.  Let us introduce you to our version of Elderberry Syrup... Utilizing the awesomeness of creamed honey, we mixed Organic Elderberry, Orange, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, & Clove together to get a fantastic blend of flavors that never expire & don't need to be refrigerated.
