The original was painted in one day on August 17 2020 along with a handful of others in the same series and captures my frustration on that day. It’s an abstract snapshot of my hidden emotions. Most had the COVID lockdown blues. This piece is part of an ongoing series of works on paper that explore my intuitive and sometimes outright feelings the pandemic had on me personally.Hand painted artist proof mono print, Oil, Industrial flat enamels, watercolor and gouache on the finest archival hot press or cold press cotton rag, 225 gsm/15 mil museum quality paper. The paper is produced by Arches Papers. Arches paper have been in operation since 1492 in Vosges region of France. The Arches paper mill is now the only paper mil in France to manufacture all its fine art and printing papers using cylinder moulds.
