Septarian Stone Rock Candle

This rock candle is made from Septarian Stone, sometimes referred to as a "mud agate" When carved into a shape of an egg, these rocks are also known as dragons eggs. This particular specimen comes from India. This rock oil candle is crafted with a reservoir permanently attached to the underside to hold the oil and as you can see in the photos is hardly visible. The outer surface of the rock as been highly polished, allowing the reflection of the flame to "dance" off of its surface. To help ensure the longevity of your rock oil lamp, we've taken the extra step of treating all surfaces with several coats of a penetrating sealant to prevent oil from seeping into the rock. All of our Rock Oil Lamps also include a fiberglass wick that won't burn down, never needing replacing. This fiberglass wick is held in place with a glass wick holder. Adding a few drops of your favorite scented oil onto this glass holder allows it to become an oil diffuser so you can fill your space with your favori
