Resin Strength and Condition Holds

These workout holds are designed to help rock climbers improve finger and forearm strength. One set of resin holds cast with Alumilite's Alumires (RC-3) resin, which is known for its strength and durability, and favored by rock climbers who build their own holds. These holds are 4-1/2" tall and 3" wide. The top includes a 1" diameter jug feature. There are two sets of finger holds, the top being 1" deep and the bottom 1/2" deep, that can accommodate up to four fingers. Attaches to wall with a 3/8" bolt (included).
