You see, the coffee comes from a small group of sustainable farmers in the Sidama region of Ethiopia at an altitude of 1750-1950 M. And this area has a long history of coffee. In fact, Ethiopia is known as the birthplace of the coffee tree (and where human evolution began)! The location is perfect for growing coffee in the nutrient, fertile soil, which actually gives the beans their rich color.
