Large Wooden Cover Hand bound Journal with Engraved and Hand Painted UnicornMy daughter, the "Unicorn Queen", loves unicorns, I drew this unicorn and hand painted it with metallic pastel watercolor paints. The wood is sealed with a natural beeswax finish.I make the book mark cord and tassel out of mercerized cotton and gold thread with czech crystal beads for accent.The journal was hand bound with pink waxed linen thread. - Cover size: approximately 8 3/4" x 7 1/4"- Cover: 1/8" engraved birch cover - Journal Thickness: 1 1/4" thick - Sections: 8 sections of 24 lb coated sheets- Thread: Pink waxed linen thread- End covers: 65 lb end covers in the colors of the rainbow.
