Kevlar® Filament Threads

Kevlar® filament sewing threads engineered for high-strength, high-temperature applications. Proudly made in the USA, these threads are manufactured to meet the performance characteristics of A-A-55220, delivering consistent strength, durability, and thermal stability in demanding environments. Kevlar® filament threads provide exceptional tensile strength, low elongation, and excellent resistance to heat and abrasion. While spun aramid threads remain an important solution, filament Kevlar® threads are required where higher strength and structural performance are required. Ideal for aerospace, protective equipment, industrial sewing, and reinforcement stitching, these threads are built for reliability in critical applications. Supplied on standard 8 oz spools, with custom sizes and constructions available upon request. Certificate of Analysis (COA) with full lot traceability is available upon request.
