It is on clearance due to some scratches to the powder coating. looking at it from the ground on top of a chimney, you will never notice any scratches. The cap is fabricated from stainless steel and will last a lifetime on your chimney. The top mount cap comes with all the hardware to install the cap and also a masonry drill bit.
