These impressive bone-in ribeye steaks are dry aged 21 days and cut by our master butchers to an amazing 1.25” thickness. These juicy steaks weigh in at over 1 lb, averaging 1.2 lbs per steak! Come as 1 steak per package wrapped in butcher paper. The rib-eye is cut from the roast—known as a prime rib or standing rib roast—that sits at the top of the rib primal, the part of the cow between the chuck and the loin.
