Dry aged 21 days for tenderness, carefully hand-cut by our master butchers, ensuring the perfect size and thickness for the ultimate steak experience. The New York strip steak, is cut from the loin, and is the strip side of a T-bone. It is known for its rich, beefy flavor, and its tender texture. It is easy to grill and is so juicy that it can often be cut with a butter knife. You have steak thickness options to select from.  The thin sliced steaks are cut at 3/8" and are great for steak sandwiches or just a thin easy to thaw and cook steak that's very versatile.  Then there's the 1/2" and 1" options.  Either select 2-pack or single steak.
