Round Steak

Round steak is a lean cut of beef from the rear leg, also known as the "round". The round is a large section of the cow's body that extends from the rump to the ankle and includes the thigh, butt, and hams. Round steak is less expensive than other cuts and can be divided into several sections, including the top round, bottom round, and eye of round.   Great for steak skewers, stir fries, grilled entrees and more!
