Honey Mustard Ghost

This sauce has a sweet, full bodied flavor with the added kick of Bhut Jolokia (ghost) pepper!  Ghost peppers are 800,000 - 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) which puts this hot sauce into the “very hot” category.  Suggested use: sandwiches, soup, mix with oil for spicy mustard vinaigrette, glaze for chicken or pork, and an excellent wing glaze.    *This sauce is not rated at 800,000-1,000,000 SHU.
