Wheel Description Condition: BLEMISHED Wheel is in perfect working condition. The wheel has minor cosmetic blemishes (scuffs / scratches / nicks). Note that the wheel may have had a tire mounted on it and may show signs of minor use. The wheel has been though balance, run-out, and road force testing to ensure there are no bends or structural issues. Original protective wrapping is intact, but may not come with the original box.
