Tutu Sweet

This color shifting chunky glitter is a sweet shade of light pink that shifts to lavender, light blue and yellow with a clear base. The chunky glitter used in this dip is a little thicker than you may be used to and should be encapsulated in clear to help with buffing. If you find full coverage to be too much, try a layer of clear or a solid color as your base, place glitter in a cupcake liner and lay nail flat on top or place glitter on by using a dab of base on the end of a toothpick. Make sure no pieces are stuck together to avoid a clumping effect. This glitter looks great as a scattered topper.  Because all of our dips are filled by weight, this jar may seem less full than normal because of the heaviness of this dip.
