9 ft long and made of 5/8" round braided poly with a sewn nylon loop to hold the snap. Poly is strong, light-weight, and doesn't absorb water. The snap is very secure; llamas can't work it loose. Excellent for training, everyday use, and the trail. Lead can be machine washed (remove snap first) Made in USA
