2-Layer ULTREX waterproof breathable fabric made my Burlington.Being a 2-layer, the back side needs to be layered in order to protect the membrane. The backing is white, but does show some yellowing in places. As mentioned, this need to be covered anyway, so there is no markdown for the membrane's discoloring.
